  They did everything they could to get me in a car on 2 seperate occasions and finally got me into one matt and andres are awesome and i appreciate everything

  Andres and Candy are the best ever!. They helped me and my husband get in and out with a great, reliable, gas saver car!. Which is what we were looking for!. Also for those who do not have the best credit, we didn't either and were still able to put $500 down!. Definitely recommend anyone who's struggling to get approved for a car to come talk to Andres and/or Candy!. They are the best, they'll break everything down to you from start to finish along with car info, very honest and trustworthy!.

  So usually I try to not elaborate on an experience too much but here we go. We are going to start with the fact that automaxx doesn't seem to hire individuals who are good with people so dont expect to be treated with courtesy or acknowledged until you approach them (Andeas the manager here at this lot in fairness to him has tried to be helpful my other issues have been outside his scope of assistance). I found a car i liked gave them 2000$ only to have to return it 3 days later to have the ac fixed the dealerships mechanic kept my car for 4 days (so I just purchased a car but still having to pay for transportation ouside my car payment) i got it back but my ac still didn't work so the shop got it back and had it for another week this is two out of the few weeks I had owned it, made my first payment and apparently my payment was 1$ short they could never call me to give me any info on my car or when I would get it back but they were on it to get that 1$ I get a phone call earlier this week to notify me my tags had arrived and could be picked up nothing else so I show up at my dealership to pick them up, they don't have them i must go to home office which isnt a problem but would have been nice to be let known, My dealership tells me to just give the home office a call and have them send them over, again that is fine but irritating that I had to make the trip for nothing. So this morning I called the home office to find out why I can't make my payment online and to get my plates transferred to my dealership I do let her know that it is irritating that i had to show up to find out where to retrieve my plates only to be given the " let me take a look at who did or didnt call you because i always inform the customer that they must come here to pick up" she sees i guess that she did not call me but someone and says people make mistakes which i absolutely understand however this car company seems to make soooo many and that response was just weak and honestly I keep hqving to deal with things I shouldn't have to so I ask the girl if she can connect me to the head manager of the dealership because honestly someone needs to get on top of these people about the service they provide she said he wasn't there i didn't want to talk to ANYONE ELSE because they cant get results she puts me thru to a girl named Alicia who is the i guess second in command at the head office on 820 and camp bowie well this woman won't even let me finish telling her what my issues are before she just interupts me and continues to speak over me ( when this is upper managment its no longer surprising that the dealerahips have such piss poor customer service) the kicker y'all is when she just decided she didnt need to listen to me or even try to fake it she hung up on me I called back and she hung up on me again! So needles to say IF YOU ARE BUYING A CAR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE because these Dealerships are disgusting to deal with and apparently so is the management!

  10/10 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND These guys were amazing! We came in around 2:30-3:00 looking to have a car by the end of the day, we gave them out budget and they showed us more than enough cars that met every qualification we had. Matt spent a lot of time making sure we got exactly what we wanted. At the end of the day we left with a car I was IN LOVE with for such a reasonable price. If you're looking for a car this is definitely the first place to stop.

  Matt was incredible and his staff partners kept the ball rolling as he step away to help other customers. Everyone was nice and warm. They help me pick the best car to my budget and family needs. I'm extremely satisfied!
