  I started doing business with Auto Masters in March of 2015. It was a great experience. The person who handled my account was great and a pleasure to work with. There was one miscommunication which we resolved in August 2017 (or so I thought). They "restructured" the company in December of 2017 and all of a sudden that resolution was no longer in effect. Since then, Auto Masters has been HORRIBLE! Their word is a joke. They'll tell you one thing on the phone and then act like they never said that. While attempting to resolve the situation again I was actually told that their policy trumps the legal binding contract that was signed by both parties. (Policy: late charge takes effect at 8 pm. Contact: no time listed, therefore before midnight.) If you're a current customer, I advise either recording every phone call or insisting that all correspondence be done through email so you have a written record of it. Also, after the restructure, they refused to give me the referral bonus when I referred someone there because she "didn't fill out the right paper". She wrote my name on the application as the one who referred her, but apparently she was supposed to fill out a separate paper that she was never given, nor even told about. When I proved she had written it on the application, then they refused to pay me because she went to a different location than I had gone to. What difference does THAT make? And why was I not told that on the phone when I called and asked, prior to referring her, what the bonus is and how we get that? Avoid Auto Masters at all costs, unless of course, you enjoy arguing, paying fees you don't owe, and not collecting money they owe you!

  James is the best car sales man he not only helped me but could relate to what has happened in the past. He helped me get into a car!!! He is the only one who even took the time of day to help me! This is a fantastic company! I appreciate everything!

  Tengo dos anos con mi nissan murano y no tenia ningun problema, hasta no hace mucho tiempo como tres meses detras, tenia un poco de problemas con mi murano de la luz de enfrente, pero con tal que me lo arrglaron y despues de eso todo estuvo bien.Muchas gracias Auto Master!
