  I purchased a 2010 Lexus from Auto Market in December of last year. When the car was delivered to me, the extra floor mats were missing, the suspension light was on due to a faulty wire, the air shocks were shot and all needed to be replaced, the weather stripping around the window was missing, and the fan had a high-pitched whine on the "high" setting. I have incurred costs in excess of $2,300 in order to fix these issues. I called the dealership on many occasions and complained to Jake Paz, the salesman I worked with. He agreed to refund me a total of $500 for my troubles, $300 of which I received and $200 I'm still waiting for, though I have little faith in ever receiving it. He has since stopped taking my calls. Be warned that this dealership cannot be trusted to follow through on their commitments and deliver the product they advertise.
