  Mike, the owner, is an honest person. He tells you like it is; no run-around. Always willing to answer a question I have about my E420. I feel at ease leaving my vehicle with him. HE KNOWS CARS!

  I was FULLY charged for installing the original factory radio ($440), replacing the aftermarket Sony in my 88 MB 560SEL - then, as I drove home, I discovered my horn had been disabled. Returned the vehicle to AH and was told that "something happened" in the steering column that was unrelated to any work they did. Since the horn worked (literally) on the drive to leave the car at the shop, I'm skeptical of the diagnosis. I have learned my lesson - this guy won't get any more of my business!

  I've been using Auto House for year for three different Mercedes. They have always done good, honest work. And they are a pleasure to deal with. They give an accurate diagnosis of the problems but don't hard sell you on things.

  Elvis the mechanic always efficient and gives good advice on how to maintain my BMW to get the most of my car. They have replaced a few major parts and are thorough and quick!
