  Set up a time over the phone, then next day he doesn't show up and tells me we didn't speak. Then he lies and says he's got someone on the way. When I call him out for being unprofessional he hangs up.

  Called them on a Sunday immediately gave me a quote. Asked me what I wanted for the car and gave me my asking price. Alex met me at the address I gave him on time and paid me my money and picked up the car. All took approximately one hour total. Great guys!
