::Amendment to my original post. I had to escalate to the interim Deputy Director of Neighborhood Services (Ron Moore) and he took ownership and followed up with e-mails and phone calls and resolved the issue beyond my expectations. Very professional at the top of the organization, just some problems in the process within Code Enforcement. ---------------------------------------------- Original Post: A complete waste of time. Even after providing multiple recordings of evidence of my neighbor blowing leaves into the street and back into his neighbors yards, the city refuses to do anything. The latest issue was that my recording had profanity so Neighborhood Services said that it was not admissible in a court of law. This is of course ridiculous. It's like saying the Cop who shot a guy in the back wasn't admissible because it contains violence. Don't waste your time with code enforcement. They not only refuse to do anything with recorded evidence of code violations, then seem to enjoy it. This entire division should be shut down. It serves no purpose.

::How does ONE out of several locksmiths within the City, receive an EXCLUSIVE contract as a locksmith? How can the City recommend this firm and even put them on their website? I'm not saying they're good or bad, but what happened to free enterprise and a citizen's right of choice?
