::The front office staff are unprofessional. Talking telling joke’s laughing. I can never get through to someone after lunch. The phones are still on automated service sometimes till 2

::Dr Gilmer has been my doctor for several years and helped me fight - and subdue - my diabetes. He's fantastic, personable and thorough. You might have to wait a bit before your appointment, but he always takes the time to listen to his patients.

::I'm not sure who decided it was a GREAT IDEA to DESTROY their phone system by not allowing direct contact to the office but, they should be FIRED! NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING! RIDICULOUS! Having to leave a voicemail THEN getting a call to get transferred to ANOTHER VOICEMAIL IS A FRIGGIN' JOKE!!!! REALLY?????!!!!

::I had been going to AIMC for over 20 years. The medical care has been declining for 3 years. The office staff (particularly shiloah (sp). Because I called to discuss how they discussed my medical issues in a public area of the office, she became very combative and actually cancelled a follow up appointment for a very serious medical condition without any communication to me. When I called back to discuss, she became more combative hung up the phone. I called back yet again, and stated (I'll have Dr. Gilmore call you back". That never happened. They used to be awesome, now they're the worst. I cannot in good faith recommend this office for anything.

::After a 10 minute wait, the young lady on the phone refused to put the requested party on the phone or even offer to take a message. She told me they are too busy. My stepfather and deceased mother were patients for over 30 years. Key word here is: were! Dr Gilmer does not care for his old patients, nor does his staff.
