  Crystal and the new office girls have already made a huge difference in the time they have been here. It is nice to know we finally have management who cares about our community!

  The staff at Aurora Hills have always been professional and respectful to me. I love their energy and attention to detail. Any issues I had, all I had to do was mention it and they were all over it. I appreciate their level of commitment to their residents.

  My daughter has been living here a year next month, since she has been here it has been PURE HELL!!! This was her very first apartment and the experience has been horrible. A few months ago the rent drop box was stolen and everyone that paid rent was forced to pay it again due to this issue, now again this month my daughter paid her rent on the 3rd, they are telling her it was not received (even tho she has the money order stubs to show the money orders were purchased) they told her the receipts don't matter as that is not proof that the rent was paid with those money orders. We asked them to pull the cameras on the day in question to show that she walked in and paid the rent, look on the camera to see who she handed the money order to so that they can be responsible for locating her money orders and they refused and are threatening her with eviction. My daughter is a young, single mother who just barely turned 19 years old and she just got back to work from maternity leave and she doesn't have money to pull out of the sky because the office staff was negligent in the way that they handled her payment. I am now looking for an attorney to assist us with this matter as they are not being even so much as willing to pull the camera to show that she went in to make this payment. I will be glad when her lease is up so that she can get from out of there but until then I will start looking for attorneys to assist as this is not the way you conduct business ladies and gents.

  I just moved here and the new management team is awesome. It took months to get things fixed around here that is until we went under new management. They resolve my issues in a timely matter. Bonnie in the office has been amazing too. She provides tremendously customer service and will go above any beyond for the residenys here.Way to go Aurora Hills!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
