  This place was wonderful!! I was greeted by a very kind gentlemen who I haven’t seen there before so he must be new I didn’t catch his name but he was very helpful, knew exactly what I needed when I described what I was trying to do. Thank you to this guy who helped me he definitely turned my day around. Excellent customer service and everything you need is in this place for all your home/business needs.

  Useless as a locksmith. Skip this place entirely and go to the locksmith kiosk at the Rite Aid on Manhattan Ave. It sounds ridiculous, but they copy and save your keys (finger print protected) in case you lose them again.

  If you need a locksmith, go elsewhere. Was told I had an appointment for the next day, guy never showed up, was then told guy suddenly couldn't come until next week. No other option offered.

  Great Service! I've been shopping here for years and they are always very helpful and friendly. Returning items has never been a problem.

  Pretty sure I bought the most expensive tape measure in the world here, but they made keys here super quick and they all worked perfect (can't take that for granted). All of the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, but definitely a boutique hardware store, if that's a thing.
