  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr. Ricks has identified issues that other dentists weren't able to identify, and associated treatment has improved my oral and overall health. I'm truly grateful to have found this office.

  I have been going to this office for many years! It’s the best there is! Everyone is so professional and very friendly! They explain everything in detail...I will continue to see them as long as they’re around.

  I’ve been going to Aurora Family Dentistry for almost a Decade and absolutely love everyone there. They have all the high tech equipment and newest technology for all your dental needs. I would high recommend checking them out !!

  Extremely friendly staff, and very professional. As soon as I was greeted , I felt at ease. The office is very clean and modern. They have all the latest technology and everyone seems very skilled at what they do. Dr Ricks is very nice and developed a plan to get my teeth and gums healthier. He explained everything very thoroughly. This week I had the dreaded “deep clean” done and it was a walk in the park. The hygenienist, Suzi, expressed genuine concern for my comfort all the way through the process and I could not believe how painless it was. It wasn’t even uncomfortable. She is really friendly and funny and kept me so engaged with what she was saying that I forgot that I was even having the cleaning done. If you are like me and have extreme anxiety issues with going to the dentist, you need nitrous before every procedure, then this is the place for you. The level of customer service from the point of scheduling all the way through to billing is top notch!

  Such a positive experience! They were all super friendly, helpful, and informative. They have the latest technology but yet still take and old-fashioned approach to really talking with their patients. I never felt rushed, and I felt really comfortable in their office. Susie, Dr. Ricks, and all the front office staff were excellent! I would definitely recommend them.
