  Coupon expires today and I’d like to use it. They don’t have the item. Okay, what can they replace it with? “manager” Eduardo speaks to boss “he’s says we can’t give free pretzels” that is not the answer to my question. I start to explain myself and rudely clicks the phone call. Customer service here, the worst that you can possibly think of. They’re helpless/careless when a situation presents itself. Can’t provide solutions, don’t know what to do, don’t have a number to contact someone above them
