  Give this a place 1 star for the friendly cashier and associate.However the lady who bakes there should get a new job if she is to be rude to customers with allergy restrictions. I cannot eat dairy so I asked for no butter on mine and I don't mine waiting even 8-15 minutes for whatever they have coming out pretzels or pretzels bites .Been to other locations and they always accommodate with a smile. However this lady has always been rude and when she makes the pretzels its half assed and comes out really skinny or super deformed compared to others ,like she doesn't care. One was the width of my pinky and it was put into a bag so I wouldn't noticed it.Went to this place three times and every single time this rude baker has always an attitude towards me or my fiancé whenever we would order without butter.

  This place was awesome! They were super friendly and gave us all fresh pretzels! As well a free lemon iced tea that we didn't even ask for! I highly recommend this auntie Anne's location!
