  Walked up and got regular plain pretzel with salt. Paid $6. It was stale and rock hard. Skinny too. Either they are downsizing or quality control is horrible. The workers were sitting on the counter as I walked away. I used to love Auntie Anne’s. No more.

  Waited over 20 minutes for a drink and NO CUSTOMERS hardly here!!! Pretzels were hard as rock!!! The girl making the smoothie keeps touching her hair very unsanitary and the cashier guy keeps touching his nose. Please get better employees this place is disgusting

  Terrible customer service, the server JD J and other workers have a bad actitud with the custumers.

  Most amazing pretzel nuggets and great customer service!!! I should have got the gentlemans name, but my receipt has Brandon!!!
