::Pretzels were hard maybe because they're not made fresh there I'm not sure but for the amount of money that they charge I should be receiving warm fresh and soft pretzels just like at the other Auntie Anne's Pretzels i have vusited. This is not what I received today on Superbowl Sunday. Very displeased with the quality and service that I endured.

::Pretzels were good, but I have been trying to reach this business gor several days now. My son and I purchased pretzel and my change back which I did not realized that the cashier gave me a fake twenty dollar bill until I went to spend it at another location. Bad business.

::Hardy the owner was very nice and accomocating in making sure my catering order was fresh and ready to go. We ordered a bucket of nuggets for the Super Bowl. Will definitely be back!
