  Nice adult gym and 1 miles track but no bike rack.

  Great for a quick walk/run. The markers help manage your pace and distance.

  Nice park with a mile long fitness trail shaded by trees in most spots, tables, grills, picnic pavilion, and excersice area. There are also at least 2 portable bathrooms and 2 water fountains. The trail is great for walks and light jogs with it's curving paths and various grade changes. Perfect for walking dogs (bring your own waste bags), but no off leash area.

  This is a great park it's a circle that is about a mile long with markers often people come here to exercise it's never crowed unless it's Saturday afternoon when people come there to barbecue. People walk their dogs there. There are two water fountains and both are also dog friendly a few yards away there is a small play ground for children it also has a small bike path for them it's near the University in a good neighborhood as well I have been coming here for years it's a great free workout plus they just updated their exercise machines so that's a plus it's the best park in Memphis
