::I had purchased a stereo for my car a few months ago and took it to Audio Express to have it installed. Yesterday, the radio went out so I went back to Audio Express, they went through everything and found that somehow I had gotten a coin into the cigarette lighter which had caused some fuses to short out, they replaced the fuse (and removed the coin) and now everything works great. They didn't even charge me for this which I thought was great especially since this was something that was definitely NOT their fault. Thanks guys.

::Excellent experience today at Audio Express. Everyone on staff was friendly, gave me good options, and did an excellent installation job. There was a small snag (literally) with the bluetooth mic wire, but I went back and they ran a new mic immediately and with no issues at all. Definitely recommend checking them out!

::The guys at Audio Express were awesome. They not only took the time to install my car stereo correctly but took the time to explain how to use my equipment properly. Nick was the one to help educate me. He was very helpful and full of knowledge and i wanted to tip him to show my gratitude but he wouldn't accept it. ::What a great bunch of guys. I had my car locks converted from manual to key less entry. The work was done as promised & on time. I truly feel like I gained a group of sons. They treated me like way more than a customer. I will definitely return when I want something else upgraded in my car.
