  Outstanding ! Eric Mitchell was my sales representative. He is informative and customer satisfaction driven. During the entire process his main objective was for me to be happy with the car that leased. I highly recommend Eric Mitchell and Audi of Manhattan.

  I had an excellent experience at Audi Manhattan. Eric Mitchell is my sales rep and he is very professional and helpful. I bought a 2016 Audi Q5 with only 12000 miles, one of several cars Eric introduced to me, within a couple of hours. Eric also followed up closely after I got the car and helped me to solve a minor problem with one of the tires right away. I highly recommend Eric and Audi Manhattan.

  When you decide to stop by the Audi dealership in Manhattan please make sure to visit the very professional, Knowledgeable and respectful sales associate Matthew Bae (Matt). I would like to share my recent experience with Audi Manhattan. It has been a while now that my wife asked for an Audi. Finally, I went to Audi Manhattan to check out some Cars and I understood why she wanted this luxury brand and I also understood why I am not an Audi guy. A very professional and respectful sales agent by the name of Matthew Bae (Matt), was assigned to assist me and after spending about 3 hours with him I want to tell the entire world why Audi is so successful! It is because they make sure to hire the best. Audi makes sure to hire only those that will respect your money and value your time & business!!! Audi make sure to hire those who will explain to you how that sophisticated German Machinery operates and how to manage to make the best deal you can think of! I am writing this review after 2 weeks almost not to convince people to go with Audi, I am writing this review to those that are like me, not Audi guys, who want to know a little bit about this brand please make sure to ask for Matt! I can not promise you that you will leave with an Audi but I can promise you will leave with an unforgettable customer experience courtesy of Matt! Matt respectfully, professionally, honestly, and patiently will be there to answer all of your questions and I promise you will be very pleased crossing paths with him. Again I am not a huge fan of Audi, I never knew Matt before entering the Audi Manhattan dealership... I just want to share a very positive experience courtesy of Matt.

  Great place to buy a car. Eric Mitchell made the whole process seamless. I know what I wanted and he helped me get it. Great showroom and great overall staff from beginning to end. No brained to go here and see Eric.

  We had an amazing experience here during what should have been a stressful time. Preparing for a move outside of NY and needing a car, Alex was able to find our perfect car and make it happen quickly. We never felt pressured or pushed to buy something as we did at other dealerships we went to in the city. We are now driving out of the city in our new Q5 & it’s gorgeous! Alex also spent a good hour with us teaching us how to use all of the technology in the car and making sure we understood how everything worked which I really appreciated. Go see Alex you won’t be disappointed!
