  I'm happy to say that the team went above and beyond to make my experience a good one after unfortunately having some factory mechanical problems with the car, which they don't have fault for. Richard Duclos from finance was awesome and made sure I was taken well care of. Thanks to Marc C, Stephanie R, Susan B. After all I can say I do give this dealership 5 stars for Fantastic Customer Service! Now I get to enjoy my awesome 2018 A5 Sportsback.

  Amazing dealership, but I bought an Audi there and it lasted just over two months before motor blowing. I paid just under 20k and the repair is 13k and it went over warranty by 219 miles. General manager basically told me sometimes cars can break down at any miles and there's nothing he can do. I will buy another Audi, but not from here.

  I had a great experience with Audi Las Vegas. Alex (my salesperson) provided responsive, high-quality customer service, and they gave me a very fair deal on my vehicle. Coming from someone who really doesn't enjoy the process of car shopping, I can say that these guys made it as painless as possible.

  Coordinated with Audi dealership on what date to replace all tires, price of all tires were good and the dealership offered free labor. Was able to print out a coupon for a 10% discount on alignment and the dealership told me it would be ready before closing time. I left the dealership with a loaner vehicle, (newer than my current vehicle) at 1130 and received a called from Audi around 1600 stating the everything was completed and will be ready for pick up in 30 minutes because they washed my vehicle as courtesy. Overall, the price was fair my vehicle is running better with new tires and alignment and car was cleaned!

  This was the Best experience I've encountered in buying a new vehicle. From the moment I asked questions online, to arriving at the dealership and meeting "All" the members of their team. Everyone was very helpful. I would Highly recommend this dealership. To name a few, Kristopher, Alex, Patrick, Marc, Jamie.
