  I spend a lot of money here. I’ve never seen a worse operation than this place! Every day is like Groundhog Day. The same inconsistencies over and over. Blatant disregard for a clean successful operation. Completely unwilling to improve; instead, manager say “ talk to corporate” or Regional Management. Who says that?!!!... And NO Sugar In The Raw?!!! I am returned to ABP, after a six month BOYCOTT!! The Zamboni is LOUDLY driving by me as I try to work and eat my BREAKFAST... WTH; I actually spoke with region manager months ago, about how inappropriate it is to do housekeeping during rush hour, it stopped for a while, but now its back!!!!!!

  We had EXCELLENT service and food for an internal event (30+) at WMC Health (Taylor Pavilion). Construction makes navigating the campus a bit challenging though the staff managed not only 1 but 2 !! last minute orders... we had another caterer vendor falter. Thank you Au Bon Pain!! You guys rocked it today!

  How long does it take to make a sandwich? If this was not the only option in the hospital, it would have been closed in a month! Slow poor service, over priced menu and poorly trained staff! -1/5 if that option was available

  I hate abuoun pain they have bad food, rude cashiers and terrible music. This one makes you pay for parking, I was in the Area and didn't realize this was for a hospital
