  It's secure from break-ins has nice lighting very airy and easy flow to move about and which is huge hence 1 star. The place seems tidy clean-ish at first glance but once you get settled in you will have rodents destroying anything fabric, card board or not in a hard bin. The facility offers no answer to the rodent damage or mess nor what to do with your destroyed belongings with no dumpster at all. The new power tripping manager A. clearly loathes his chosen line of work and will lie about your departure time and evict you if you leave the facility any where near to closing time. 6 years here. Always paid my rent and followed rules. Didn't matter he had every intention of auctioning my belongings and lied to me repetitively about why I was evicted, (a fast 7 days from when they mail u something) or where my belongings had gone. He thinks it's a juvenile detention facility. And is so lazy he has to lash out and destroy tenants lives to make himself look busy. The hours are as inconvenient as possible for anyone with a 9-5. Its for u if unemployed or homeless or perfect if u don't need your hard metal stuff often or use it as a safe depository.

  Always friendly service whenever I go to pay my bill building is always clean that includes the bathroom too very clean.

  Only drawback that I can add from experience is that they don't accept debit cards, when I showed up and saw a unit that suited me, I went to do the paperwork and was asked for an ID and a credit card, my credit union has told me that my Visa Debit card can be run as a credit card. Other businesses have done so without a problem. But the clerk stated that debit cards are no good there. So we couldn't do business. Fortunately there was an alternative down the street.

  New owners , greedy. Going downhill. I love the attendants. This review is not about them.
