::Horrible help, got basically broomed out of the store when trying to ask questions was ignored, terrible experience. My wife and I have to wait another day now to go to an ATT store.

::The few times I’ve gone into this store I’ve gotten the worst customer service. I was with AT&T over 10 years and went in to see what they could do for me being such a loyal customer for so long.. the gentleman that helped me basically wrote down my account number and said close it do what ever you have to do. So I did I went to T-Mobile where I have unlimited data a brand new phone and was hooked up with the buy one get one free! I also get hotspot with Netflix as long as I’m with T-Mobile 2 lines with insurance and hot spots 170.00 while with AT&T I paid 150.00 just for my one phone line. Don’t make the same mistake I did and stay with them so long and avoid this location at all cost the staff is terrible.

::We have been attempting to go to this store multiple times over the past year and every time we go in the service continually gets worse. Middle of the afternoon on a Saturday I am told they are “understaffed and busy”. A 10 minute wait here quickly escalades to a 30+ minute wait. Was attempting to upgrade my account, but after a year of terrible service we are switching carriers and going elsewhere.

::My husband and I are currently in store. It is 1pm on a Thursday. There is currently 1 customer being helped. There are 3 employees here, one of which is the Manager - Tracy T. We sat here while they all “helped” the 1 customer ahead of us. One of which who actually was helping the customer, and the female and the manager, Tracy T. sat on their phones and laughed. I am born and raised in the Manhattan and there could be about 50 customers ahead of me and the service would be faster. I’m sorry that I forgot to mention that we weren’t even greeted when we entered the store.
