::Worst customer service at this location. I upgraded 1 on our 12 lines 2 days ago IN STORE. Went I today to upgrade another line and the sales rep Kyle & manager Daivd basically told me I was lying about upgrading in store because their system said I placed an online order. It's kind of impossible to place an online order when my account rep no longer works for At&t and we don't have another one. Not to mention why would I lie about how I upgraded me phone. Save your time and go to another location. At&t definitely needs to retrain these employees on customer service.

::Came it to do an upgrade and after the salesman devices did not work properly to access my account was rudely interrupted by another sales representative. Take the time to go to a different store or leave AT&T. Leaving may be my option now.

::Store lost my phone. I turned in 2 phones for rebates and they have records of only one of those phones. That was 6 months ago. Employee who took those phones is no longer there and they said there is nothing they can help me with. I even provided the serial numbers for the phones so they can track them down; also hoped they had the video recording of me turning the phones but nothing is available. Basically if you don't keep your receipt from a few months ago they may 'conveniently' lose all documentation and you are on your own. Run from this place as fast as you can. Scammers and thieves.
