::Went in to buy about $2k worth of phones and start new service. The guy did not even acknowledge us as we waited our turn and browsed even though we knew exactly what we wanted. He waited untik 7:30 (15 mins AFTER we arrived) and said "it's just me tonight you can come back later or wait" I said we would wait and he got pissy stating it's be better to come back tomorrow. My husband then asked if he could do it tom9ght simce we had a "wait" option. He told us "Nope! It's just me tonight and the store closes at 8" we got there with plenty of time for him to finish his customers and should still have time to get the phones we wanted, and switch service. Doesn't take long to do those. I was even going to forgo the transfer everything over to make it easier on him since I got out of work 2 hours later than expected. IF we go back to that store, I will be damn sure to use another associate. He was super rude with us. I'm so sick of people wanting to take short cuts to get out of work. Not my problem that there was only 1 person in the store or that he felt he couldn't get things accomplished in a timely manner.

::Thought reviews were likely exaggerations however this store truly sucks. Went in and we're ignored, then told that he was only employee and he was helping another guy so "he wouldn't have time to do anything tonight" mind you, this was around 35 min. Before close. Really, you have That many customers that a total contract with new phones and service and has a value of around $7,000 isn't worth dealing with? Glad all salespeople aren't this ignorant. I'll stick with Verizon most likely, all of these complaints you'd think at&t would be all over this store to see what is goin on.

::I came in looking for deals on a new phone. Not only was I set up with a new Iphone X, I was also able to switch my TV service to DirecTV and got an amazing deal. Better than the deals they have online! I recommend this store to everyone!

::I really enjoyed the customer service experience Omar provided. He was very knowledgeable and was able answer all my questions. Omar was patient and courteous, he was able to explain to my level of understanding and walked me through on how to work my phone, since I was upgrading from the iPhone6 to the iPhoneX. Very pleased with my whole experience, would highly Recommend!

::The employees helped to solve my problem with a Note 8. We swapped in a SIM card to an old phone while youbreakitifixit repaired my new phone, then we swapped it back 9 hours later. The two women I worked with were kind, efficient and attentive. The latest remodel of the store allows it to have an open feel with many desks to work at with the employees.
