::Was thinking of switching carriers. Went to another AT&T store near my home, but had a very bad experience. I decided to try this store. Walked out with new service, new phone, new hotspot and new mobile watch. Daniel, a manager, and the other people were very helpful. Answered all my questions, and got me out quickly. I had to go back a month later because of a billing issue. I had to wait a bit to get help, but they were able to take care of the issue at the store. I don't expect much from Retail Cell Phone dealers, but I was very happy with the service and the purchase.

::Poor service. Staff here made mistakes on my account and messed up my service, when coming back to let them fix, they excused that they are busy on others. It was actually fine that I can wait, but they didn't even want to help at all and asked me to call their service number, which eventually wasted my one hour and half. There were only two customers in front of me as they told at 3pm and they said I'd better call that number because they will close early at 5:30pm on Sunday. How efficient.

::At&t is a top notch company, however the customer service is unacceptable! I've placed an online order and it was horrendous due to the frustratingly long waiting process before the products were even marked shipped! Then I received an email 10 days later stating that my order was cancelled from having a technical glitch! I called a rep and was referred to this At&t store. The employees at this location are very disrespectful, neglected to be welcoming, and I also felt discriminated against, due to coming in wearing simple winter clothing. I had asked to be assisted on my cancelled order from online, but then a guy named Tommy Garcia said he'd have to run my credit score again, when I told him the telephone rep said my profile and everything was there! I didn't want another inquiry on my credit file, since I have a high credit score. I was very upset and had left out due to feeling like an unimportant customer, and then once he saw me get into my expensive 2018 car through the window, then he decided to come out and bring me back in to help me! That's NOT FAIR! AT&T needs to hire better employees or else they will turn away NEW customers!!! My family and I are Bankers, and it is very important to greet EVERYONE no matter what they are wearing! It was like my sister had to win him over to do his job. That is terrible!

::Decided to buy a Blackberry Keyone on line and then went to the Edgewater NJ store to get service and what a disappointment. I have been with Sprint and Verizon and Tmobile and their service reps are so nice specially Tmobile and Sprint. But at this AT&T Store I spoke to a guy Tommy G, who said he was a Mgr. As I found out later he is an assistant and was not very helpful to put it mildly. Gave me conflicting information, has poor Customer Service Skills and wasn't well informed about the HBO Go app. Told me i had to have to get DirectTV . Said that if i purchased the phone through AT&T on line, it was a different system and didn't help me to transfer data, nor to complete my transaction to transfer from Verizon. However I called the next day to complain, spoke to someone else who told me that he wasn't the Mgr of the store as Tommy claimed to be. And also said they would be able to help me.. Well let's see what happens now. . I read other reviews and i can see that there are some rotten apples in this store.- At&T please get rid of this guy before he makes you loose more business. Who interviewed him??
