  Stay away from this place! They are Shady! I went in to buy a phone and he ran a credit check....after I found out he did not have the phone in stock and it would have to be ordered online and it would take a few days to receive it. I told him to forget it I did not want to proceed. In the meantime a port out request was sent to my current carrier to port the number out to at&t. I went in to tell him to cancel it and was told to call At&T directly. Poor customer service I would not purchase anything from here and it makes me not want to do business with At&T.

  Customer service was extremely good. Especially from Pasha and Chris. They were very nice and helpful.

  I had a very good experience at this location. They are very upfront and explain everything very well. I went to the one on 86st before going here and was extremely upset they didn't answer none of concerns and were rude. I definitely recommend coming here instead!
