::went to this store this week to buy a phone. first it was nice and empty, 2nd customer service guy there was nice enough to mention that i can try the samsung store near by to fix my broken phone or try best buy for unlocked device. he thought those options were more affordable since buying a phone without plan is super expensive. i was able to get my phone fixed at samsung store. i was appreciated that he was pushy trying to sell me a phone.

::I have been AT&T customer for over 10 years and today has been the most disappointing days. The manager was so rude when I asked him a question. Instead of taking time to explain things, he rushed himself to cut of the conversation just so that he can go back to office behind the door. So unprofessional and rude. I Strongly recommend going to other AT&T store.

::Watch out for them trying to tack extra charges. I asked for basic insurance and they put me on the more expensive plan, they also tried to throw in extra equipment.

::Straight up rude. I needed help with my Galaxy. My battery was dying in 30 minutes. I went in and asked for help. The girl working told me there was nothing they could do to me and I would need to go online and look for help there. She also told me they would just give me a new phone. My phone is not that old and I run my business off my phone. There is software on phone that needs to be coded do to security reasons. I can't just get a new phone because my battery is dead. So I ended up going to a Verizon store even though I have AT&T. Their service sux but their techs are very helpful. They showed me how to go into my phone and empty my cache and restart my phone and low and behold my phone battery works again. Now why should I have to go to another carrier to help my with a technical issue? And why is it the other carrier has nicer staff working their store that they actually took the time to help me even though I'm not their customer? Can't believe how absolutely rude they are at this location. I strongly recommend finding another store.
