  Always quick service and they are always looking to get me a better deal and save money on my internet or tv or cell bill.

  I just got a Gear Classic watch, Adan was my Rep Good guy but when he asked me for insurance I said yes. I called customer service to be sure it was put on their, it wasn't. Makes me mad cause he Asked me but He didn't follow through. 2ull say I will never step foot in there. Their full off cow patties Good luck if yoiu choose. Imagine what their not telling you

  Great store, staff, and products...BUT... The customer service protocol is not acceptable or tolerable. I felt like a pristoner while in the store. Nor a good experience. I will never use at&t anything. Just being honest.

  If you want to buy a phone on the spot, go there. Otherwise you're better off calling 611 for everything else. Service reps can't do much other than take your $ in exchange for a phone or service your signed up for.
