  Really poor customer service, the people who work there did not do a good job making sure I was taken care of properly, I don't recommend this store if you need help, they are not informative and are barley helpful. They need to have less attitude and be more helpful towards customers which is how you run a successful business.

  José was helpful, patient and kind. I called back and spoke with a woman who was impatient, gave me different answers during the call, and was eager to hang up the phone.

  I was put on a list and told there had been three people in front of me. I waited for and hour and a half as they served other people who came into the store, that were obviously not ahead of me. They just ignored me and stared at me. I left after some guy just entered the store and they helped him immediately. I felt highly disrespected and it had seemed quite obvious that a certain degree of racism was involved.Worst experience ever! Avoid this store at ALL COSTS!!! AT&T should be ashamed at the customer service in this store.
