::Is too bad when I open account they Don’t give me clear Details about my account my pill post be 43.46. Second month they Charge me 51$ and 3 month same they are lier just they want open account after open when u back for them they say we sorry this problem in Bill deportment .

::I went into this location to simply add my iPad to my unlimited plan. Seems simple right? Apparently not. The gentleman who helped me completely messed up my plan. He did not even manage to add my iPad, but that is not the worst of it. He them proceeded to lower my plan to the lowest possible plan. I did not even know ATT still has 3G options, well they do! He took off my unlimited text, data, & calling. I was then charged several overage fees. I went to another location the next day and they sorted it out right then. Well today, I needed to file an insurance claim, and guess what? He cancelled ALL of my insurance coverage!!! I could not believe it. I called Customer Service and a nice gentlemen helped me re-enroll in my coverage plan. However, I have to wait 30 days to file a claim now, due to the incompetence of an employee here. I pay too much for ATT to have to deal with this hassle. I will be switching ASAP.

::I would give this store a minus one star for customer service, but I don’t see that rating. A few days ago, I purchased two (2) Iphone 8’s (one for myself and one for my wife) as well as an Ipad. The next day I discovered I did have enough storage on my iphone for my requirements, so I went to back to the this store for an exchange. I got an appointment for a particular time on the advice of my sales representative, Hector. I did that and arrived 10 minutes early. He was with customers as I arrived and told me he would be with me in 5 minutes. Forty-five minutes later I’m still waiting. I then left without any attention to my problem. Anyone can sell a phone. I expected customer service and did not receive any. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this store.

::I want to first thank Steve & Hector who assisted me at this location! You guys really showed what customer service is about. Thank you guys and keep up the great work. I originally went AT&T Store- D17C off Oaklawn on Friday to do a quick exchange. Needless to say, that what not the case. After dealing with a representative who was unable to locate my receipt, I asked to speak to the manager. Yes, I did not have my receipt on me at the time and of course the person who I purchased it with did not apply receipt to my account making this situation so much more complex than what it really should have. The Manager- Brittany Torres provided port customer service by mentioning I would have to wait longer to speak with her.... mind you she isn’t helping anyone at the time that I made his request. I decided to leave because this was ridiculous. I then came back to the store for the second time of course having to wait and go thru the same process. I literally spent 30 more mins just for a simple phone case exchange. The annoying factor of this all is that all team members that helped me with this situation did not take the initiative to simply find my receipt by the sku number. I literally had to then tell the Manager- Jonathon to look my receipt that way which he did. Yes, of course it took a while but I also understand it can be a process. No big deal. Once they finally were able to locate and print my receipt they finally bring another case only to find out it was broken & they did not have anymore in stock. Mind you they could have checked all of this prior to having a conversation and waste both of our time. I then had to drive to the Lemmon location to start all over again. Mind you this time I was taken care of the way I should have been taken care the first time I went. With all this said, I hope Brittany and her team work better to providing a better a solution for customers versus wasting their time like they did. Store- D114 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Store - D17C 1 Star ⭐️ (With the exception to Jonathon) he did perform like a manger
