  A little out of my way but worth the trip , I stumbled in here after catching a seton hall game and I am so glad I came by Layth was very knowledgeable and straight forward and helped me out with a billing issue

  Needed some help with my account and phone, stopped in at this location because it’s close to my job, ended up working with Emmanuel. The guy was super professional and an absolute delight to deal with. He answered all of my many questions, made the process painless & even stayed past their hours of operations(without a complaint) to make sure everything was transferred to my new phone from my old one. I’m in sales, which is very much about customer service in this day and age, and I must say I couldn’t have had a better experience. Make sure you go see Emmanuel if you need a new phone!

  This store is better than any other corporate AT&T store in NJ. They actually care about their customers and want you to come back so they give you the best possible service. Layth goes above and beyond what he needs to and Ashley brightens up my day every time I walk into that store with her smile. They are very knowledgeable and never turn you away. I drive all the way from Clifton because I know I'll be getting the best when I go there. I don't think twice about driving 30 minutes. I love this place and I will definetely be a lifelong customer and friend. And I say friend because I truly believe that they treat me like a friend. Everyone needs to start coming here! Keep up the great work guys!
