  Professional and friendly at the same time. I found what I needed. 4 stars instead of 5 because the waiting was long with only 2 customers before me.

  While in store on 10/19/2016, I was offered a promotion to get a free smartwatch with purchase of phone. I mentioned that I would be back the next day to purchase. When I returned I sat down with the gentleman to purchase said phone and get the smartwatch. He said "oh, I don't see that promotion, it must have just ended yesterday". In fact, I found that that promotion had been gone for a full month. I let customer service (via online chat) know of the situation and the informed me that they should still honor it. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The same person I'd dealt with earlier sad she was not in. I asked when she would be, he said "I don't know, not today." I asked about tomorrow and again "I don't know." Seriously unprofessional service here.
