  What a waste of time! Way too expensive! I saved $100. On a brand new phone at B&H and it took 5 minutes to do. They did set up for free. Do not waste your time here, go to B&H...

  bad customer service the short lady with the long hair in a pony tail having kinda like Spanish/Indian accent she’s rule and too lazy to check for if the customer are qualified to fiannce the phone or not just because customer say Them self think that the credit is not good and she just act like she knows everything already and refuse to go through the procedures to find out really how much customer needs to put down to get the phone or not. Even when the customer ASKED her if she can do so. She’s like I already know everything what to u want me to check for. So f**** Rude lady.

  SCAM ALERT - stay away. They added upgrades and services without any authorization to my account. I love ATT service, but a bunch of bad apples running this store. Go to the Northern/clearview expy location instead of dealing with these crooks.
