::Absolutely fantastic service, the employees went out of their way to help us, and worked hard for us, restructuring our plan to save us money every month. I will definitely be returning here whenever I need any AT&T help.

::Every potential client at this store should think twice if they’re financially prepared to be duped and defrauded by the AT&T employees here. I stopped by this store at the end of March 2018 to switch over my iPhone service from Verizon to AT&T. The guy who helped me was incredibly nice and helpful, and seemingly honest – that was ultimately what he used to dupe me out of more than $200. When I walked into the store, I told the representative that I wanted to switch over my phone plan to an unlimited monthly iPhone plan – that’s all. He offered a plan that would cost me approximately $65-$75 per month. Then he tells me that AT&T currently had a promotion of a free tablet, with a year of free DirecTV, for anyone that switches their service to AT&T. It seemed very suspicious and “too good to be true”, so I double and triple checked with him – “is it really free?? Why would AT&T just give away a tablet with free service, especially when I’m already switching my service, and they don’t need to convince me by selling me these offers?” The employee assured me repeatedly that this promotion is really true, and there are no hidden costs and gimmicks. I made it extremely clear that I don’t need a tablet (as I already have an iPad with monthly service), and I don’t want anything more than an unlimited iPhone plan. He gave me his word that I‘m only signing up for an iPhone plan, and I’d have a free tablet shipped to my house. Fast forward nearly 2 months, and I get an email with my second bill. (My first bill was pretty high, only because of the first month activation fee. My second bill was expected to be about $75, which is what it should be every month.) This second bill was an astounding $152. The details revealed that I was charged an astronomical activation fee on my tablet, and then $20/month for service on the tablet. I called AT&T, and after multiple phone calls and negotiations, it turns out that I HAVE TO keep the tablet, as it’s more than 14 days since I received, and I have to pay a monthly service fee of at least $10, or be charged an early termination fee of $150. The customer service and loyalty department did not care that I was outright lied to and defrauded by a store employee. Whatever course of action I decide on, I’m forced to pay hundreds of dollars that I cannot afford, and which I never wanted to sign up for.

::Outstanding! Could not ask for better service. Jeanine, Ramon and EJ walked my wife and I through the whole process of getting new phones and then transferring the data from our old phones to the new phones. It could not have been easier. We even went back for help putting our safety class on our new phones. They were just as helpful as the first time we were in the store. What else can I say except the staff is great.
