  awsome customer service! vic and bhanav were aswome..they took me out of complicated bill and offered best solutions while still saving me money. i would definately reccomend them.

  Do not go to this AT&T bootleg store. Even customer service does not recommend this store. They overcharged and are Crooks how does every other place att store charge $5 for a SIM card but they want to charge $25. Beware

  Though I did switch to Verizon. I almost always received good service at this location. Good staff.

  The staff working here doesn't know anything. What he can do is listening to your question without any facial expression on his face and pretending he understands the question, then working on his computer for several minutes to let you think that he is professional and finally give you some ridiculous reasons and then send you to the other store in Newark or somewhere else. I guess this store owner just care about selling his only precious - cheap phone and doesn't care about the customer. The thing is I called the ATT first and they let me go here to finalize all my application b/c there's some paperwork needs to be done, however when I come here, the staff doesn't know anything. There's no service to say at all. BTW, there is also no parking spaces around. Good luck.:)

  Came here to buy a new phone but we also wanted to cancel a tablet line we had. Alex was the man manning the store and he was super helpful. Not only did he guide us on to how to cancel the tablet line, when the person on the phone was unhelpful to me (apparently this is a thing you have to do via phone call) he called them again and did all the work of waiting and negotiating and managed to not only cancel the tablet line but give us an additional 5GB of data a month at no charge! Wooo! Great customer service. Definitely come in when he's here (it's a Saturday morning. Idk if that's his usual work time)
