  I wash I can do less then one star I made the order online and I went to the store to get my order the said the name doesn’t match.When I called the customer service the said the name it’s match and everything good but the store cancelled the order without any reason!!!!!!!

  Not friendly, everything is talking about rule rule, in this store nothing humanly.. like get a SIM card , yes we know is need charge, but most.att corporate store nicely not charge for it,

  I met Steven P. in the Flushing store and he was super helpful! I was so impressed by Steven's willingness to assist that it made my visit smooth as possible. He is definitely an asset to AT&T and the Flushing store. I will definitely recommend Steven and this location. The store wasn't like it was years ago. Once I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by Kevin who promptly added me to the list for customer service. In no time, I was being assisted by Steven. I'm really surprised that there were unhappy customers or people who entered the store. This definitely wasn't my experience. Give this store a try. You won't be disappointed and I have high standards for customer service but they got it right.

  This place is crowded, some staff are helpful but not all of them, sometimes they can answer questions about service plans n don't give you time to ask more questions. A very busy place go early to get better service.
