  Really disappointed with the service at this location. I have had to come here 3 payment cycles in a row to fix an issue with my account that should have been corrected the first time. Every single time I go there, there is a very long wait. I was here for 3 hours today!!! Employees take personal calls when they should be more focused on customers.

  Something that should have been simple has turned into a huge issue and Jamie, the manager, has shown a complete lack of follow up and customer service. The mistake they made is effecting not only me, but another, who's line I was previously on and switched off of. At least 10 times, once per day, I call and am told that Jamie is with a customer and will call me right back (which he never does.) If I do get him on the line, he says call back in 10 minutes if you do not hear from me and when I do, he "stepped out". Everyone else in the store seems to be lost, with the exception of Ahmed who was able to resolve some of the issue, and they tell me they cannot assist and I will have to wait for Jamie (I am here at the store now and Jamie left after not calling me back from earlier). Coming from someone who is really easy to please, never writes reviews and avoids confrontation, I feel strongly enough to urge others to visit a different store in hopes of a better experience. It is one thing to be busy, it is another to have no regard for others time or miscommunicate what you are capable of when it comes to following up.

  Jamie was awesome always helps me out. Anything that has to do with my phone i go right to him.

  I'm on at&t for almost 30 Months I'm from Texas, Latin, and Jamie is the best guy I ever met in At&t shop center, explain very well, pecient and has a great personality.

  This is the best store I've EVER been to. They were very informative and gave me a bunch of options. The manager Jamie is a big help and always does his best to accommodate me. Their water cooler produces the best water in Selden
