  Awesome and attentive staff. Every time I have come in here the staff are quick to acknowledge me even when I am only there to play with a new phone. Their selection is great and they are currently the best network you can get in Alaska. Don’t waste your time on GCI and that other network.

  Avoid AT&T, at this store and every other. They're not interested in actual customer service, they're just interested in separating you from your money. Can't figure out how to unlock a simple phone, and by the time they do, days later, it's the start of a new billing cycle and they charge you the full month if you leave after a few days in. These guys flat out suck, and you can (and should) do better. Go to GCI or ACS.

  AT&T is a great company and will not rip u off like GCI would they hav better customer service as well

  They have a guy there who is the rudest person, I think his name was Eric. My mother and I waited for someone to wait on us, while he just stood around. I swear AT&T has the rudest people working for them!! I will switch to Verizon when my contract is up.
