  Even if I did want AT&T service, I would not come here for it. This Austin, the owner... Somebody has to pop that over-inflated balloon that he calls his Ego. I hate his attitude with a complete and total passion. He has this horrific "I'm really busy, cooking up the next big, super-important deal in the telecommunications industry" attitude... I despise that with a complete and total passion. Let him get it through his head that he's only a little fish in a big industry. I don't doubt that sleazy back-office deals are a common occurrence in the cellular phone industry. If those deals are truly going to happen, they need to stay in the back office. They should not be done in the front showroom where the customers can hear and see it. This Austin can take his snake-oil hustles and shove them far and deep.

  Definitely not your typical at&t/wireless store (in a good way). What makes this store stand out from the handful of others I've visited is the staff, particularly jen & austin. They're both really interesting characters, but straight shooters nonetheless. There are no hidden agendas here, and you won't be pressured into buying something you won't need. Funny and genuine people working here. Highly recommend

  There are cell phone stores on every corner HOWEVER there is only 1 AUSTIN, ERICA, JEN and crew Austin & his staff provide the best service, deals with equipment help with your bill help with broken phones then any other store around I don't know a person who was with Austin at A&S and left Austin got me my first cell phone 33yrs ago!!!! when they came in a BAG! U until 2 weeks ago when he replaced a phone I was having a problem with If there was a HALL OF FAME for cell phone retailers Austin would be a first ballot hall of famer!!!! If your looking for a phone give him a shot I guarantee you will not regret it!!!! A very satisfied happy loyal customer 33yrs ++

  Always helpful and works with you, plus they have a repair group in the back that fix screens and more. Great selection of accessories too
