::TL;DR: DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. They will lose a part of the old screen, replace it with tape, do such a bad job that the screen comes out of the phone, and be unable to fully fix it if you ask them to. Get your screen fixed somewhere else. I have a technical background in repairing, iPhones, but it’s a time consuming process and I didn’t have the parts on hand, so I took my sister’s iPhone 7 with a cracked screen in to this store to be repaired. As soon as I walked in, I saw a salesperson giving a “confusing” sales pitch to an older couple. They fixed the phone, and I took it home. I had noticed the screen was bulging slightly outside of the phone, but assumed it was due to cheap parts and didn’t give it much thought. A week later, my sister tells me her screen is having problems, and is occasionally flickering black. Now, the screen is actually detached from the phone at a certain point. I open up the phone, and see where there is supposed to be an protective metal casing holding down wires and protecting the screen (the LCD shield) there are just a few pieces of green tape holding down the wires. I assume they did this out of laziness, because replacing this shield is annoying and takes time. I called AT&T to file a complaint, and they said there wasn’t much they could do. I then called the manager of the store, and he told me “If we did it, we will fix it.” I went back today, and the guy said he no longer had the part, and he couldn’t do anything about it. SHADIEST ATT STORE I HAVE BEEN TO, GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED SOMEWHERE ELSE.

::I needed a new phone. I was worried about going to this store since it had 2.5 stars but went to check it out anyway and was pleasantly surprised. Lucked out and it wasn't busy. Mike, the manager, took care of me right away. He was great to work with, he reviewed all my options and reviewed my account and helped get my new phone set up! I would definitely recommend this store now!

::I came to this AT&T store after going up the block. When I went up the block they told me that they could not access my account and I would have to call AT&T. This was after I gave them my number, passcode, and social security number. I thought that was absurd, so I went down the block to 228 7th Ave. The manager was working that day, and he was immensely helpful. I was able to upgrade and get a new phone with ease. He made the process simple and made sure that I did not lose any on my information. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this store--I won't go anywhere else again!
