  Was the best for replacing my cell phone. Very, very helpful with transferring my info with my cracked screen

  Completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to the problems I’ve been having with my phone. I’ve had great customer service with AT&T in the past. This was definitely an exception but truly aggravating. I️t was a waste of time going there. I️ will have to go to a different location.

  They don’t know what they are doing, wasted my time 1hr, just asked to call customer service twice. Not sure why they are there if they can’t handle it. It’s better if they close the store and let people know to contact customer care.

  Everyone here is super helpful and really nice. They let me stay after the store had closed in order to get my new phone all uploaded.

  HORRIBLE.HORRIBLE. I cannot believe I was on the verge of giving them my business from Spring today! This place is terrible customer service. Went in to ask for a user manual - was lied to that a "4-page, short version" that you find in the box with the new phone was online on their site. After finding it was not on their site, called into the store, the first woman gave me a ton of attitude, then a man told me that it did not exist. This was less than an hour after I was in their store. HORRIBLE! I had also been able to unlock my iphone to change over to AT&T from Sprint and will NOT be going to AT&T anymore -- VERIZON HERE I COME! Never going back. JUST TERRIBLE!
