  It's an at&t store. I would have given it no stars but you can't. It's only so much you can do there. It's not like they give anything free or kickbacks for the profits they make.

  Wow. Staff does not acknowlege customer. Waited 30 minutes before they even said hello. I had been an att customer for 8 year. No more. They lost me.

  Adriana and Opal went above and beyond in assisting us with our new phone purchase. Answered every question professionally and courteously with a smile on their face. They went the extra mile in making a normally frustrating experience fun and easy going. A+ customer service!

  This place has some of the poorest customer service i have experienced. I stood in the store patiently waiting for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged i was there. I told the associate that i was interested in switching carriers and she basically told me she couldnt help me and the other sales associates were busy and to go online. I told her i did my research but i wanted to talk to someone in person and poaaibly make a switch today. She responded with yea you can do that online but of you have no where to be today you can wait. That is not how you treat potential customers. Definitely not going with at&t and i hope someone steers clear of this store after reading this.

  Awful. They want payments but don't accept change or even cash if the machine is down. Very rude people they don't help at all sit on their tablets being rude.
