  My husband needed a new phone so we went in the store to do this. When we first came in we could see 2 AT&T customer service workers helping other people. When we were called up the customer service representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that bothered me was a young lady that tried to keep our representative's attention on herself. She was acting as if he was on break and we weren't there. I don't know who she was but that was rude and annoying. I have to say he handled it well by mostly ignoring her and she soon left the store. I will definitely go back to the store for assistance again.
