  The only reason that I gave a star is because you cannot give no stars. Horrible, horrible customer service. I purchased a samsung galaxy phone and was suppose to receive a free tablet. After cashing out the guy told me I would get the tablet some other time they are out of stock.. and I haven't heard from them since. Poor poor service. Sales guy name is Demetrius.

  The only store in whole of the NYC area to have Lumia 920 on the day of release. Was pleasantly surprised to discover a very big show room (on par with Apple stores) with what looks-like every smartphone available on display. Customer service was very good. While waiting for the phone to be activated another customer wanted to replace broken phone case, rep replaced the case even though it was 1 day past due warranty period. At the end of transaction rep walked me to the door and thanked me for the business. What more can you ask for?
