::My review here is for the AT&T store upstairs, just to make sure I have the right one. The only thing I needed to do was to go in and take a picture of myself with an AT&T product for a contest they were having. The people there had no information on the contest whatsoever . However I am not blaming the employees as having worked in many retail establishments I understand that management from corporate does not always relay information. I was unable to do the contest there or find it again online although I have seen the commercial on TV since then. The man working behind the counter did try and help me and did spend about 5 to 10 minutes researching it for me. at which time I didn't want to waste anymore his time so I told him thank you since he was unable to come up with the information I needed. So based on that I give them four stars for the employee, but taking away one for corporate not knowing what they're doing.

::Wish I had a choice not to give a star. this one lady sandy was very rude. i get where she's coming from but she didn't have to make a remark. i told her that my credit was not good i guess since i was only allowed to have 2 lines under my account and she goes "apparently" with her not so pretty face. Never coming back there anymore. dont wanna see her face anymore. I already was having a hard time as it is.

::So we just stopped into this store to get a new iPhone. The female there never said hello, never stood up, just sat there and said how can I help you. She then proceeded to just tell us that she can't do this she can't do that (simple requests too). The thing she couldn't do was assist us in how to remove our SIM card, she said you'll have to figure that out yourself. Our next request was did thy have the new iPhone (which att's website says they do). She told us no, but other stores do. But she wouldn't tell us where these other stores were. Unfortunately we did not get the employee's name, but that was because she wasn't even polite enough to introduce herself. So we just walked out. Now it's a Tuesday 320pm, no one else in the store. So to get that poor customer service says something. Ended up going to Verizon, same phone, same plan, same price. Much better customer service.
