  Store manager and assistant manager did a great job helping fix all the issues corporate could not seem to solve

  Javon and Aja were fantastic. They went above and beyond what is expected from an A.T. & T. store. I know A.T. & T. retail stores get a bad rap, but Javon and Aja both did provide for me a great service (with a malfunctioning iPhone 8+ (less than 4 months old)). Now to deal with Asurion.

  I love this store so much I am always treated with great respect. The Managers at this location is outstanding. Amanda and Javon are doing a fantastic job.

  Javon was very helpful in my recent visit at this location. He helped me understand my bill and how DirecTV Now really works! The Detroit store is my family

  Great experience with all the workers here!! Have taken care of every need with switching services and phones. The management team here is top notch and I have had nothing but issues with AT&T over the last few years, since coming into this store my issues are resolved in a timely fashion. I am more than satisfied and the owners should recognize the work these employees are doing!!!
