  It only took them 15 mins to port my Phone and Number over from Verizon and very good customer service. I highly recommend this place.

  Hal was amazing at helping me set up my account and my issue! There's never a wait and that's what I like!!! My husband's phone card reader stopped working, they ended up refunding me $45 (I paid $33) so it was a great experience! The manager was great as well.

  Paid 95$ for a warranty on my iPhone 6s that was supposed to cover any damages; was sent to Apple to fix damages, Apple told me they dont honor AT&T warranties, took it back to them, told me its not through them its through "Insurion" and it cost me another 100$ when I already paid for coverage!! Everytime I asked I was given no clear answer. Would not recommend.

  I've been with AT&T about 7 years and this is THE WORST experience I've ever had. I came to by a new a iPhone, which I do every time a new one is released. The employee was not helpful or knowledgeable. It felt as if I was a burden! She was short and in a rush to get me out of the store. DO NOT COME HERE! Zero stars!
