  The reason I am giving it two stars is because sales person here are not properly trained. I went to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid after talking to at&t customer support on phone and the girl there was so sure that it's not possible without switching to another phone service. She said someone came yesterday with the same issue and we told them that too. It was after I insisted for her to double check she found out that it is possible without switching to another phone service. But the way she insisted before was really upsetting. She even said that the phone customer service people recommended you to the store because they didn't know whether it was possible or not. I mean seriously.

  Sales representative Arthur insisted that my debit card transaction did not go through despite my looking on line in front of him and giving him a reference number. He wanted me to swipe my card again which I refused to do. I paid in cash and then today find out the transaction WAS paid to AT&T so I paid them twice. His incompetence has resulted in me having to provide my bank with a copy of the receipt that I paid in cash in order to get my money back in my account. DON'T fall for this bullshit that the transaction didn't go through. They are probably getting over on people who don't check their accounts and end up paying twice.

  I came to this location because I wanted to transfer to a different company due to the fact that my bill was too high and I felt like I was overpaying. As soon as I walked in to the store one of the associates "Luis" greeted me and assured that he could help me with my account. I was a little sceptical since I had people looking at my account before and somehow they always managed to increase my bill. Luis told me I was on the wrong plan based on my usage, so he help me changed it so I could save $30 a month on my bill. I left the store so happy that I upgaded my phone and got the new DTV deal. My experience at this location was great.

  Terrible. Attempted to call twice. The second time they asked for the last four digits of my social security and hung up on me.

  No one picked up the phone 3 times in a row, show up to 7 store associates and not one customer. Then they said i lied about calling cause the phone never rang so I stepped outside the store after the ordeal and hit redial, guess they got the hint cause they finally answered. Horrible service and very disrespectful.
