::Customer service sucks. They need more people working there. The women who works there has a nasty attitude. Whole store needs new staff and better customer care especially for people who actually work for the company.

::This place is a scam, they made me sign a direct tv contract "to get an iphone x for free" I explained to them that i did not need direct tv but was forced to get into that contract even though i dont need it. i just got off the phone with Att and explained to them my situation and they were able to help me remove that from my contract. Do not go to this place!!

::DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE.!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They misled people to sign them up for plans and services. Also at the end of the transaction they cahrged my for stuff I did not order nor dis I give permission to do it. I found out that insurance had been added to both my lines WITHOUT my consent or even asking/telling me before hand. Their BOGO sale was a complete fraud. (Look up fuorums online). They assure the costumer about the bogo and then after 3 months NO credit is applied. I was still within my return window, I call to ask to get my old phones back (because at this point I’m changing carriers) and they tell me that they don’t keep them in the store. So basically they royally SCREW people over and over and since the manager doesn’t give a hoot you. The paying costumer gets screwed. RUN AWAY FROM THEM, RUN

::I walked around the store for a good 10 minutes no one asked me for help if I was a mystery shop they would definitely have failed they never demonstrated their five key behaviors or demo any products to me. I'm starting to see why AT&T is losing a lot of business. Three individuals passed by me could have said will be with you just a moment. I personally work for AT&T. And all I wanted was to buy some Prepaid iPhones for Christmas.
