::Store does not answer their phone. Their numbered redirects you to AT&T customer service. I have a local issue with a phone I purchased and need to speak with someone at the store. Totally unacceptable. Don't buy anything here. Ok. I was sold a Maven 835 Smart Phone here less than one month ago. The phone continuously shuts itself off. Continuously goes through an endless shut down and reboot cycle and sometimes will not boot up until the battery is removed for an hour. The store refuses to address this. I was told that the phone is a cheap burner and I should not have expected more than a month usage out of it. I was also told that other customers have come back to the store with the same issue. The store refuses to replace the phone and has offered to sell me another phone. ATT does not stand behind the products they sell. And I thought T mobile sucked.....
