  I went in and requested a new SIM card for my wife's phone. Upon questioning the man behind the counter as to why he was removing the SIM from her old phone he said he was cutting it down to size. I asked again for a new SIM and in the most condescending way he started that that would be $5. Seriously? The Poughkeepsie store had just given me one for my phone a couple days earlier at no charge. Maybe if he had not been so rude I wouldn't mind, but I will definitely be going to the other store next time I need to buy a new phone or add services.
